Our conveying systems can be quickly disassembled without tools for easy access to the interior, complete cleaning and inspection. Our skilled, experienced engineering team custom-designs the powder transfer conveyors for sanitary, cleanroom, hazardous, non-regulated, and any type of process.
For additive manufacturing and 3D printing, our PowTReX system automatically captures excess metal material, screens, and recovers it for reuse. The fully enclosed process prevents material contamination and safeguards workers from contact with potentially hazardous powders.
Volkmann designs and manufactures the bulk material handling equipment typically specified when conveying dry materials. Bulk bag unloading stations, bag dump stations, lump breakers, and accessories are all available, custom-engineered.
Serving North America from our Bristol, PA headquarters just off I-95, we offer material testing on fully operating pneumatic conveying systems in a dedicated test laboratory.
