Pexco

Pexco is a U.S.-based manufacturer of precision plastic tubing, custom plastic extrusions, and injection molded plastics serving semiconductor fabrication, medical devices, aerospace and defense, data centers, oil and gas, lighting, and traffic safety markets. Pexco holds certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, SEMI F57, and SEMI C90.
Pexco produces plastic tubing in a wide range of diameters, wall thicknesses, and thermoplastic materials to support fluid transfer, electrical insulation, mechanical protection, and structural reinforcement. Material options include PFA, FEP, PTFE, PVDF, polysulfone, PVC, polyurethane, nylon, and specialty blends. Extrusion parameters are controlled to ensure uniform wall consistency, smooth surface finishes, and repeatable dimensional tolerances across prototype and high-volume production.
Pexco's injection molded plastics are engineered for complex geometries, tight tolerances, and consistent part-to-part repeatability. Materials are selected for strength, impact resistance, chemical compatibility, and thermal stability. Six in-house tool and die centers support custom tooling across both extrusion and injection molding, enabling streamlined production and consistent performance across multi-component assemblies.
Branded product lines include Altaflo® PFA and FEP tubing for ultra-high-purity fluid handling, Insultab® heat shrink tubing for electrical insulation and wire protection, Enflon® PTFE profiles, and EnduroSharp® machined components. Pexco operates manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada and performs secondary operations in-house including machining, drilling, splicing, printing, and assembly.
