Duraflow Industries is an OEM filtration partner. Equipment manufacturers come to us when a catalog filter will not fit the product, the airflow, or the environment. We design and build custom air filters, mist eliminators, and heavy-duty HVAC prefilters in Wakeman, Ohio, from a first article through repeat production.
Appliance and food-service programs are a core line: aluminum-mesh grease filters, carbon and combination grease-and-odor filters, and custom range-hood and microwave filters, including private label. The same shop supplies air filters across a much wider set of OEM products. Applications include data centers, electrical enclosures, digital computer cabinets, EV chargers, traffic controls, and greenhouses, along with commercial kitchen, HVAC, and industrial equipment.
We specify the media stack and the frame for the job. Typical builds use expanded aluminum mesh, charcoal-impregnated polyester, foam, woven and nonwoven synthetics, and mist-eliminator packs in formed metal frames. Design, prototyping, and production are in house. Short runs and ongoing OEM releases are both routine. We schedule just in time and stay in direct contact on each job, so a prototype does not have to wait behind a catalog order. Third-party laboratory testing is available when the specification requires it.
