Merrimac Spool & Reel Co., Inc.

We are Merrimac Spool & Reel Co., a manufacturer and supplier of cardboard tubes and related cylindrical packaging and material-handling products designed to support a wide range of industrial requirements. Our company provides dependable tube solutions for winding, wrapping, protecting, storing, and transporting products in manufacturing and distribution environments. We work with customers that need consistent dimensions, durable construction, and practical designs suited to their specific processes.

We manufacture cardboard tubes in a variety of diameters, wall thicknesses, lengths, and configurations to accommodate different products and operating conditions. Our company can provide tubes for use as winding cores, mailing and shipping tubes, protective packaging, spacers, sleeves, supports, and other industrial components. We focus on producing tubes with the strength and dimensional consistency needed for paper, film, textiles, wire, tape, labels, flexible materials, and other products that are wound or supported during production.

We also offer customization capabilities that allow cardboard tubes to be manufactured according to customer specifications. Our company can adjust tube size, construction, thickness, length, and finishing characteristics based on handling, storage, packaging, or production requirements. We support both standard and custom orders, helping customers source components that integrate efficiently with existing equipment and workflows.

Our capabilities extend beyond basic tube manufacturing to include responsive production support, order flexibility, and dependable supply for recurring industrial needs. We work to maintain consistent quality from one order to the next while supporting both small-volume requirements and larger production runs.
