The vision of The Lindgren Companies is to bring together the very best metal finishing and plating facilities under one organization to provide One Source for all of your plating and metal finishing requirements. To realize this vision, we have brought together two of the most renowned metal finishers in the Upper Midwest, Nico and Avtec. While continuing to operate as separate facilities, the affiliation of Avtec and Nico provides our customers with virtually all metal finishing and plating services within one organizational structure. The complementary processes of Nico and Avtec allow our customers to confidently source their metal finishing and plating to either facility knowing that quality, service and value are constants.
